NFO® Magnesium B6 Complex (NFO Magnesium and Vitamin B6 Complex) - a bioactive complex of organic magnesium and vitamin B6 to quickly eliminate stress and normalize the emotional background

Component properties.

Magnesium is a natural tranquilizer and anti-stress mineral. Magnesium is involved in many processes occurring in the body - in energy production, glucose uptake, nerve impulse transmission, protein synthesis, bone tissue building, regulation of relaxation and tension of blood vessels and muscles.

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for the body - it takes part in the process of regeneration of body cells, takes part in the transmission of nerve impulses (regulates the passage of the inhibitory signal from the brain to the periphery), and increases insulin secretion.

Vitamin B6 - is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, and is also needed for the production of hemoglobin and polyunsaturated acids. Regulates the activity of the nervous system, has an immunostimulating effect, helps in the formation of antibodies, regeneration of red blood cells. Increases the bioavailability of Mg, acts as a conductor of magnesium into the cell to ensure all the necessary biochemical reactions.

In the NFO® Magnesium B6 complex, magnesium is found in three forms: magnesium hydroxide, magnesium malate (magnesium salt of malic acid), magnesium citrate (magnesium salt of citric acid); vitamin B6 - in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride
